3.30 pm -> briefing session by departmental HOD

7.00 pm -> bath & buffet dinner

8.00 pm -> sharing session

Day 2
7.00 am -> buffet breakfast

8.15 am -> training registration 

8.30 am -> training session 

7.00 pm -> BBQ dinner

Day 3

7.00 am -> buffet breakfast

8.00 am -> tele match & games

12.00 pm -> check out
